Estimates

Estimates are free. Written estimates are based on the site conditions we see and the scope we discuss. Changes to scope, hidden conditions found during tear-out or excavation, or material price changes may change the final price, and we will talk with you before doing extra work.

Deposits and payment

• Jobs under $1,000: no deposit. Full payment is due at completion.
• Jobs of $1,000 or more: 50% deposit to schedule the work and order materials, with the balance due at completion.

Scheduling and weather

Concrete work depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, freezing temperatures or other conditions that would affect the quality of the pour.

Concrete characteristics

Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface variation, color differences and hairline cracking are normal. We place control joints to help manage cracking but cannot guarantee a crack-free surface.
